Apple has just released the beta version of Safari 3 for MAC ( and also PC this time ). You can download it here

Not really new, but it's always good to mention it. smcFanControl is, like its name suggest, a fan management software for Macbook pro. This latest release is well integrated into Mac OS X, discreet, and does keep your laptop very cool.
